I am a proofreader, copy-editor, and indexer based in Aberdeen, Scotland. I specialise in working with academic texts in the fields of theology and religion, helping authors, editors, and doctoral students prepare their projects for publication or submission.

I hold a PhD in Theology (University of Aberdeen, 2020), and have published several pieces of academic writing, so I know the level of detail, precision, and consistency it takes to prepare a text for publication.

I have worked both on large, multi-author projects for esteemed publishers (Bloomsbury, Oxford University Press, Wiley-Blackwell) and also on monographs and articles for peer-reviewed journals, providing an array of editorial services depending on the needs of the client. I also have experience working with texts written by non-native English speakers.

I currently serve as a Fellow for the Barth Translators Seminar and as Managing Editor for the Cambridge Elements in Christian Doctrine.
